I watched this with the sound off because my husband was watching something on TV. Your tutorials are so good I understood everything without the sound. I love your videos ❤️

  2. Fawn Luong says:

Very cool. I like it. Thanx

  3. What all projects can i do using this stitch? …. can i sew a sweater?…..

  4. L S says:

I really like the Tunisian Crochet videos and would like to see projects like sweaters and shawls.
PLUS, your fingernails are always so lovely! Fun.

  5. Are you a Green Bay Packer fan lol

  6. That is so pretty. I bought the Merci pattern and have ordered Dishie. Can’t wait to get started!

  7. Wonderful tutorial! You make it look so easy!

  8. Hello…does tunisian simple stitch use more, less or about the same amount of yarn as standard crochet? Thanks for your videos. You are a natural teacher!

I just bought one of these from a thrift store, being seeing them for years, and decided I wanted to learn how to use it. Yours is the first video I've watched and I'm hooked. You have made it so easy. Thank you!

  10. I was just given a tunisian hook for Christmas and this is going to be the first thing I make. this is lovely. thank you

  11. I’m glad I’m not the only one that has issues at the end of the row finding those two stupid loops!

  12. o L says:

Great tutorial. Explained and demonstrated so well!
I find crochet quite hard, so i like how i can always see the number of stitches i have – or am missing – easily on the hook with the Tunisian style. this is a lovely stitch pattern. thank you!

  13. Debi Ogle says:

I am excited to start this today. You explain everything so well!

  14. Hal Jay says:

My stitches are getting twisted. This one is definitely going to need some practice! 😆 I think I’m not sure how to hold yarn under while also stretching the fabric to reach the two loops.

  15. I love the look of this. I have a question about the yarn under. Is there a particular reason this works better than a yarn over?

  16. MegMeg S says:

I love you so much!!!! I got into crocheting this year, and I always find your tutorials the easiest to follow.

  17. Is it double sided, or does it only show the pattern on one side? Great video!

  18. Nancy Brewer says:

OMG! I’ve been crocheting for 51 years and this smock stitch, while beautiful, is a PITA! Plus, the cable part of the hook is driving me nuts! I’m going to find my straight hook tomorrow, come hell or high water, and at least, get rid of that annoyance. I’m super tired, which probably has something to do with it, too. Maybe after a good night’s sleep, this will seem less of a pain.😫
On the plus side, I’m loving your videos, you have a very beautiful and soothing voice which makes them even more enjoyable. I’ve subscribed and learned the honeycomb stitch from one of your other videos and it came out wonderfully. I’m not going to let this kick my butt, LOL. I’ll be back mañana!

  19. Really like this – I do really like your tutorials – you don’t overdescribe, if that’s a word, the instructions

  20. This stitch is very pretty and I have had a time learning it but I now have it.

  21. Kathy Oppici says:

I love this stitch but I find that my hand hurts while working it. You do such beautiful work and do it so quickly. Thanks for the tutorial.

  22. I am going to get some needles and try to make some of the squares always wanted to learn how to crochet with the one needle and you make it look easy
I have enjoyed watching your videos and now it’s time for me to do this
Thanks for all your beautiful work
You’re on top of these tutorials 😇❤️

  23. Hi! How do you stop it from curling? I have loosened my tension and it still curls up on itself 😞🤦🏽‍♀️

  24. Debi Jordan says:

I really love this pattern you make it look easy ! Something tells me the yarn under is going to be very clumsy at first. Thank you for the video💕

  25. I started this square tonight and the yarn I chose actively resisted being worked with it was so bad. I tried to start with a strand from inside the skein but it was a tangled mess and refused to come out, so I started with the outside. then when I was doing the starting chain it kept twisting and I had to redo it twice. THEN after struggling with the foundation row I messed up the first row twice and didn't realize until I was finished with the second row, so I had to frog it all and start again. Hopefully there's smoother sailing after this lol

Wow! This is beautiful and unique pattern; it’s like V inside V kind of… well explained like your other patterns, thanks a lot
